William Bjoraker and his wife Diana have a missionary calling to the Jewish people. They have served eight years in Israel and 17 years in the Greater Los Angeles area in Jewish evangelism and congregation planting. They are currently under appointment as US missionaries with the Assemblies of God, with whom Bill holds ministerial ordination. Bill earned his PhD in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary in the field of Contemporary Western Culture (Dissertation Title: "Faith, Freedom and Radical Individualism in Late Modern America: A Missiological Evaluation"; 2007). Bill has an office at the William Carey International University (WCIU) in Pasadena, CA, and serves as part time faculty there. Diana Bjoraker is principal of Judson International School, on the WCIU campus. They have three sons-Jesse, a graduate of Wheaton College; Tal, serving as a combat medic in the 82nd Airborne Division, US Army; and Samuel, a junior at Maranatha High School in Pasadena.

Bill and Diana Bjoraker conduct their work under the 501c3 (non-profit) corporation they formed called "Operation Ezekiel, Inc." The "Ezekiel Network" is their current primary ministry effort.
